St Tinney stood head and shoulders above the other parks we considered. It’s personal and friendly. The owners of the site live there and are invested in the ethos of how it feels. Open 12 months of the year. The amazingly long lease means the lodges are there “for life”. The lodges are well spaced out, allowing for individuality and privacy. The fees are reasonable and there are no extra fees for enjoying the facilities on the site (swimming pool, games room, fishing, dog walking area, bar/café, highchair/cot use). We would whole heartedly recommend owning a lodge at St Tinney farm. Anyone who discovers it, will appreciate the multitude of benefits it offers over most other sites.

Our choice of purchasing at St Tinney was based on the combination of a number of things: the rural location, 125-year lease and price being the most important. We like the fact that it’s not too busy but also that it has a mix of people who are lodges owners and those regularly visit for holidays, it provides the opportunity to get to know people. We enjoy the peaceful views across the valley, as well as the walks around the fishing lakes. In the summer months it’s nice to have the bar and restaurant available, should we decide not to cook or to meet other residents.

The owners are approachable and friendly. There is a real community on site with the Tinney Arms being the social hub with friendly staff and great food. The process of buying the lodge was easy We would definitely recommend St Tinney and the 125-year lease makes it probably the best family run site in Cornwall.

St Tinney Farm is just a short drive from the North Cornish Coast, spectacular beaches, with quiet hamlets and quaint fishing villages dotted along this stretch of coastline.

We believe our offering is exceptional. All our lodges are well spaced with at least 11 metres between them, so that you do not feel overlooked or hemmed in. Every lodge commands views over the beautiful rolling countryside and the premium lodges overlook our lakes.

Unlike some “Lodge Parks” who offer lodges that are little more than static caravans, we have partnered exclusively with Omar, who produce high-quality lodges built to residential standards, that truly feel like a home from home.

Prices start from £179,999. As part of our unique offering, the lodges are built to order, and you can choose the final specifications to suit your family and lifestyle priorities. We also have some pre-loved, high specification lodges for sale.

We offer a very low pitch fee of £2660 and a 125-year licence.

Please note our lodges are for holiday use only, you cannot live in them on a full time basis.

Things to do

We are close to a plethora of breathtaking beaches and coves just waiting to be explored. There are fascinating villages including Boscastle where the village surrounds a natural harbour and historic Tintagel where legend has it, that the wizard Merlin lived in the sea cave beneath Tintagel Castle.

Coastal Activities

You can enjoy brilliant water sports including surfing, paddle boarding and bodyboarding.

North Cornwall is haven for walkers and cyclists. You can explore endless tracks and cycle routes while enjoying the panoramic views of the Atlantic coast on the famous South West Coast Path.
