Elm Cottage

Elm Cottage sleeps up to 4 people plus a cot and is located in the Valley overlooking the swimming pool and rolling countryside, with free WiFi internet access.

The 2 bedroom cottage is fully equipped to a high standard with all bed linen provided (apart from cot linen) and the beds made up with white “hotel style” bed linen, duvets and pillows ready for your arrival.

Tea towels, oven gloves and bath towels are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, stainless steel saucepans, etc.

Cots & high chairs are supplied free of charge, if they are required, please just let us know.

Elm cottage has an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner and a covered veranda.

The lounge has a 50″ Ultra HD TV, HD Freesat TV Channels are available along with 2 comfy leather sofas for you to relax into, with a wooden coffee table in the middle of the room.

The dining area has a wooden oak topped dining table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom has a large double Zip Link bed, which can be separated into 2 full size single beds if required, oak topped bed side cabinets, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

The second bedroom is furnished with two full size Zip Link single beds, which can be joined together into a large double if required, oak topped bed side cabinets, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms. The bathroom has a bath with shower fitted over, wash basin & toilet. There is also a second cloakroom, with hand basin and WC.

Although the cottage does not have a washing machine, we do have a modern, professionally installed and maintained coin operated launderette onsite.

Please note: Elm Cottage is dog friendly and can accommodate 2 dogs, each up to a medium (Labrador) size. For this reason, people with an aversion or allergy to dogs may not wish to book this cottage.
