With the St. Tinney Arms, we wanted to create something special, friendly and welcoming to all ages, family and dog friendly, a place to relax and feel welcome with the atmosphere of a quaint English country pub. A place to have fun with the family, chat with other guests, refuel and unwind, or play some gentle board games, or simply enjoy an excellent Illy coffee while using the free of charge super fast WiFi to catch up on those email or social media posts!
We pride our selves in our food and drink offerings and take allergies and intolerances very seriously. With coeliac’s in our family we know what a pain it can be trying to find somewhere to eat out that understands about preparing food that is truly Gluten Free and catering for other allergies, so we do our utmost to ensure there is no cross contamination and all stay are appropriately trained and happy to help if you have any dietary requirements.

We stock a wide rage of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, excellent wines, as well as Gluten Free, zero and low alcohol options for wines, beers and spirits.
If you don’t fancy cooking after a day out exploring, or just want to put the kids to bed and relax, you can order a food delivery from your accommodation, simply place the order and we will come and deliver your food and drink to you – think of it as an enhanced room service!

We’re lucky to be surrounded by great local food and drink producers – both in Cornwall and nestled across the border in Devon.
Wherever possible, the food we serve in the St Tinney Arms is always sourced from nearby suppliers – meaning you get great food during your holiday with very few food miles.

The history
The bar is housed within tastefully converted old farm buildings, with exposed wooden beams, traditional slate walls and floors, with the feel of a small & relaxed, traditional country pub, with free WiFi, where children & dogs are very welcome.
It’s also just a very short walk from any of our lodges and cottages.
