Ash Lodge sleeps up to four people, plus a cot, and is located in the old orchard just behind the farmhouse.
The 2-bedroom lodge has free WiFi internet access and is fully equipped to a high standard with all bed linen provided (apart from cot linen) and the beds made up with white “hotel style” bed linen, duvets and pillows ready for your arrival.
Tea towels, oven gloves and bath towels are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and an excellent range of crockery, cutlery, kitchen tools, stainless steel saucepans, etc.
Cots & high chairs are supplied free of charge. If they are required, please just let us know.
Ash lodge has an open plan lounge and kitchen/diner, and a wood decked veranda; a small raised deck with outdoor dining table and four chairs.
The lounge has a wood burner effect electric fire with a 50″ Ultra HD TV mounted above the fireplace. HD Freesat TV Channels are available along with 2 comfy leather sofas for you to relax into, separated by a wooden coffee table.
The dining area has a wooden dining table with 4 leather chairs.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Hypnos double bed, high quality solid wood rustic pine bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The second bedroom is a twin room with two Zip & Link single beds, which can be pushed together to form a superking, high quality solid wood rustic pine bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms. The bathroom has a shower (no bath), wash basin & toilet. There is also a second cloakroom, with hand basin and WC.
Although the lodge does not have a washing machine, we do have a modern, professionally installed and maintained coin operated launderette onsite.

No, Ash lodge does not accept dogs or pets of any kind.
The lodge is all on one level, but is accessed from a gravel path up 3 steps onto the wooden decking area.

The lodge has a gas boiler providing hot water and central heating to radiators in every room. There is also an electric coal effect fire in the lounge.
You cannot park directly outside the lodge, it is reached by an upward sloping gravel path from the parking area.
Beds are made up ready for your arrival with professionally laundered quality white hotel linen, synthetic lerrgy free duvets and pillows. White hotel bath towels are provided. Although the lodge doesn’t have a wshing machine we have a professionally installed and maintained coin operated laundry on site.
